Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead automotive OEM and Tier-1 sales initiatives. This role focuses on driving design-ins for EV battery, power electronics, ADAS/compute, lighting, and charging systems. You'll manage full-cycle programs from concept to SOP and work closely with global teams to deliver solutions that shape the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory plans targeting OEMs, Tier-1s, and EV ecosystem partners.

Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through on-site visits, networking, and industry events.

Manage RFIs/RFQs, proposals, and sample/evaluation plans; ensure timely follow-up and reporting.

Drive design-in projects from concept through DV/PV, validation, and PPAP to SOP.

Coordinate with global operations and manufacturing teams to meet schedules and resolve issues.

Maintain CRM accuracy; deliver pipeline, forecast, and account status reports.

Provide first-line technical and commercial support; escalate engineering topics as needed.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity; adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Professional fluency in Mandarin is required for this role.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with strong technical aptitude.

5+ years in automotive B2B sales/business development with OEMs and Tier-1s.

Experience in EV thermal, power electronics, or ADAS preferred.

Leadership experience managing at least one direct report.

Willingness to travel 25-40%.
